As founder and principal of The Coburn Company, a premier leadership development and executive coaching firm, Kimberly Coburn brings energy, insight and results that clients as diverse as Sunovion, TJX, CB Richard Ellis, Massachusetts General Hospital and The Constitution Museum, have come to expect and appreciate.
Kim has more than 20 years of business and human resources experience in diverse industries including retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare, high tech, staffing and non-profit. In addition to her expertise in executive and career coaching, Kim provides team building and conflict management services, to aid individuals and teams in reaching their full potential.

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree from Salem State College, Kim did post graduate work in Education and Biochemistry at The University of London. Some of her speaking engagements have included the Bentley College Alumni Association on Work Life Balance and the Career Counselors Association’s Annual Meeting on Job Search Effectiveness.
